解決方法：

1、安裝convmv

[root@openstack-manager-h1 chesunexcelfiledevimage]# yum install convmv

2、批量遞歸修改當(dāng)前目錄下的文件名 （推薦教程：centos使用教程）

[root@openstack-manager-h1 chesunexcelfiledevimage]# convmv -f GBK -t UTF-8 -r --notest ./*

convmv 使用方法：

convmv -f 源編碼 -t 新編碼 [選項(xiàng)] 文件名

參數(shù)：

-r 遞歸處理子文件夾

–notest 真正進(jìn)行操作，默認(rèn)情況下是不對(duì)文件進(jìn)行真實(shí)操作
