打開終端一片空白不能輸入，用管理員身份打開之后，又直接不能打開終端了，提示報錯“C:windowsSystem32WindowsPowerShellv1.0powershell.exe ”無法啟動 (退出代碼: 2)。

解決方法：

在文件，首選項，設置里面，輸入shell,設置setting文件：

"terminal.integrated.shell.windows": "C:\WINDOWS\System32\cmd.exe"
